may I use booking system in Bellevue Theme without install woocommerce?

Hi I did my site using Bellevue . It’s great I like very Much , thanks . If you need to see it i sign the link (https://www.serenelborgocaste.com) . I have only one holiday home , so I’ve istalled the booking system by widget and the payment gateway is the motorpress one. So may I deactivate woocommerce or do you think that this plugin is necessary? Because when Polylang is active the site disappear , I thinks coud be a conflict between woocommerce and plylang.
