May approve a simple subject?

Many theme have a lot of options as to whether my theme have not fewer options.
• shop
• a lot of shortcodes
• many additional widgets and sidebars

I sometimes buy different themes and I do not always like that because of the abundance of functionality they slowly.

If I make a simple theme for specific tasks, it may take to approve? For example a topic for the store, or just a news site.

I’m just starting to do this exchange themes there are some important points that I need to know when designing themes. Maybe there is a guide, in addition to that there themeforest. Write links please.
