I have an active Master Slider license and need advice concerning the Movie Album slider. I set up the “Movie Album” Master Slider for my site but several of the main elements from the prototype and Preview disappear from view when I am at the step of adding my newly created Movie Album slider to the Master Slider widget on my desired page. The attached image does have distorted sizes but that is to show the upper image, which does include those key elements, in comparison with the slider at the bottom, which is supposed to be the exact same thing as the one above. Except… it’s not. My thanks for some guidance on why this is happening and how to fix it.
