Market Payment Not Received On Bank Transfer

@theme_land @GraphicShaper,

a Form C is required because the payment is classed an ICT transfer (Information and Communication Technology) and all ICT transfers into Bangladesh require a form C.

Thanks

Iā€™m sorry to hear about the issue youā€™re facing with your Envato market payment. Given that you have already taken the following steps:

  1. Ensured that your bank account details are correctly updated in the new payment system.
  2. Verified with your bank that there havenā€™t been any remittances received for this month.
  3. Contacted Envato support, but havenā€™t received a response yet.

It seems like youā€™ve covered the necessary bases. In this situation, I would recommend the following:

  1. Follow Up with Envato Support: While youā€™ve already contacted Envato support, itā€™s crucial to follow up with them. If thereā€™s a delay or an issue, they should be able to provide you with more information and potentially expedite a resolution.
  2. Check Envato Forums or Community: Sometimes, other authors may be experiencing similar issues. Checking Envato forums or community discussions might help you see if this is an isolated incident or if there is a broader problem affecting multiple authors.
  3. Patience and Persistence: Unfortunately, delays can happen due to various reasons, including processing times, banking procedures, or technical issues. Continue to monitor your communication channels for updates from both Envato support and your bank. Persistence and patience are key in such situations.

If the problem persists, Envato support should be your primary point of contact, as they have access to your account details and transaction information. They can provide more personalized assistance to resolve the issue.

I hope you receive a prompt resolution to your payment concern. If you have any further questions or if thereā€™s anything specific youā€™d like assistance with, please let me know.

Update: I have got a reply from Envato support. Provided the payment ID & amount, date of payment.

But recently I got a new email from Envato ā€œAction Required: Your payment is being heldā€. And requiring my Citizenship & place of birth. Attached below!

However, I have logged in & sent those info. And also, updated my Bank address (updated from the eStatement, just address; rest is same). Will Envato use this recent Bank address information to proceed & resend the payment?

And why the payment is held since from Envato support, they just sent the payment ID? Again, I have provided the same info which I had on previously via SWIFT. Do I have to reply to the support again?

Thanks

Hi @theme_land,

Have you submitted the C Form to your Bank?
If Envato ask any info then you can add those from your Envato account. and always better to ask any help/guideline directly to Envato support.

Thanks

Yes, Old system was way better than the current one. We did get the payment smoothly in the old system.

Itā€™s just a transformation and I believe now everyone gets their payment without any issue - as they have already fixed the problems fro those whose having issues earlier.

I still miss the old system :relieved:

Contact support

Iā€™m on the new system and I donā€™t have any issue as I have already received the payment couple of hours ago. ( Not bank transfer though )

It sounds frustrating to experience payment delays despite updating your details and following up with support.
