I think just some open communication (like this) is really what we need. It was just a little off-putting that the goal for June was to reduce queue from around 20 days to 7-10 days and then the queue ended up jumping from 20 to 30 days.
Everyone has hiccups in meeting their goals, and I think the community understands that. Being informed goes a long way in helping reduce review time anxiety.
