I’m new to graphicriver and my first upload got rejected. Email said it doesn’t meet the quality standard. I can not find any info on this standard rules. As many others designers, I’d like some feedback on what I did wrong to improve.

Sorry to tell you this but your design is really bad 
and far away from being approved on this market. Why? First of all take a look at some approved business card designs (https://graphicriver.net/category/print-templates/business-cards) and then compare them with your item.
Start learning how to use fonts, color combinations and backgrounds to build a professional looking business card…
