Have you tried to contact the theme author for the free support? It’s probably because of the theme update ( auto ) if it’s enabled.
Thanks for your answer. I have tried but they said that I don’t have free support anymore. I believe thats unfair and don’t want to pay for a reniew when the error occurred during updating the site and was not caused by me. Do you have any suggestions about what I should do?
Paying approx. 20$ for the extension of the support is quite fair, I believe - as an ThemeForest author myself

Please don’t misunderstand that. The fair for me is 42$ I don’t know why. I just don’t understand why I should pay for something that was just working fine. But ok, fair enough. Thanks for your fast response anyway.

You could disable auto theme updates to avoid these problems but changing the theme color on the theme options section should be enough. Good luck!
