Magento 2 Extension Hard Rejected

Hello All,
Recently I made a customizable Extension for Magento 2. Its called “Snowfall Christmas Effects”. You can customize its header and footer decorations and you can also configure the size and frequency of snowflakes. You can see the demo here.

If anyone can guide me what can be the reason for this hard reject. I have followed all the procedures as mentioned on the site.

Beside the “Xmas” theme/design/images not really good, you don’t need extension for that, you can just add few HTML/CSS codes to achieve this.
