Made a purchase - Account locked - Unable to download - Support not helping

I’m in a strange situation. I created an account today to make a purchase on Videohive. I made the purchase. It was successful. I was given the item. But as I had to run, I didn’t get a chance to download it. Few hours later, I returned to download and I saw that my account was locked. I contacted support and they say “Regrettably, after further investigation, we’re using our discretion and will not be re-enabling your account.”

What can I do? I need the item I paid for or a refund. I feel I’ve been treated unfairly here.
