Are pre-listening tracks in terms of LUFS different from the actual content that is delivered to the customer after the purchase?

LUFS below 7 at peaks are great and sell a lot more… ppl adore it! It seems to be much better!!
I agree, normally most people feel that the louder the better, but I think what @ION-Media was wondering is if it’s a common practice to master the previews (watermarked MP3) louder than the main WAV files. In answer to that: no, I personally do not.
