Can’t help but notice some of the more recent additions to codecanyon, specifically wordpress plugins are not up to the visual standard they used to be. We used to be able to come on and browse a selection of (mostly) great looking plugins but some of the dross that has been added recently is well below par. While its understandable that a lot of coders are not designers, surely there should be some basic design standards in place as apparently there used to be?
There has never been a design requirement at CodeCanyon, except for the CSS/JS/Skins categories.
There may not have been a design requirement but there would have been some basic aesthetic level in place when being reviewed for submission.
