my name is Elmunir Elgajiji , i have an account on theseforest that i have been using since 2013. I have money in my themeforest account under the username of elmunir. The account has expired , I would like to still use my money in this account. Can you please renew my account so i can still purchase from your site .

please let me know what i need to do to verify that its me who owns this account

Please open a Help ticket. They may be able to reinstate the credits if they didn’t expire too long ago.
