Looking to create a similar theme to Jet.com on Magento 2

Hey guys, I am looking to make a jet.com replica on Magento 2, with different color themes and branding. Can anyone point me to the right direction? Whats the best way to achieve this? Is there a theme that can be modified to appear like this. Of course without the animation in the cart, and the cart itsself they use. I would like an Ajax cart, and add to cart, with Ajax filters and Ajax login in a popup.
