I’m looking to hire a web developer who can use the Stack HTML theme to build out a simple landing page now for me.
The website should load fast and have a sign up via email feature to subscribe for updates.

I am pretty sure you don’t need to hire someone and could do this yourself - it really is a stupid easy process with that item.
