I need a WP Visual Composer Element that will bring in specific weather for 1 location and specific USGS water data for 1 location, keeping them constantly updated. I would like some nice contemporary styling as well, possibly light/dark options, and the ability to use default font if possible. Responsive is a must. Inspiration can be found on the header at http://www.snowbird.com.
The weather data needs to come from Weather Underground, TWC or NOAA.
This is my first request ever, and am a little unsure if VC is the best way to implement this. Also, I am clueless about how often - if at all - updates would be required and how to address that. Theme is Impreza.
