I am afraid that type of site is far to specific and custom constructed for a stock marketplace.
The actual fundamentals structure and features are distracted by the animation but in essence are not that complicated, BUT the execution and design would require a ton of specialist work and planning.

Please it would be best for you if you hire a freelancer to make website as like your mentioned website. Because really for doing this type of animation need a top level experts to handle it. So you have to search one whose profile and experience in animation is just wow!
