Hi everyone. I am looking for a theme similar to either of the following websites:
https://dogecoin.com/
https://themeforest.net/
Basically, I want something not too flashy, but with the following features, which i will try to describe as best I can 
- No existing photos or distinctive illustrations.
- Horizontal ‘sections’ that can ideally be made different colours, separated by a line (like themeforest) or by colour (dogecoin).
- Preferably, a footer where I can put a series of links / buttons.
- Preferably, a header where I can put a series of links / menu items.
