Looking for someone who can customize my cardealer theme

Is there anyone out here who is familiar with the cardealer theme to customize it the way I want. The native theme in its current state is embarrassing and I get grammatical errors and typos pointed at me by customers almost every day. I cannot do the editing because most of the custom forms are locked. If not, I am willing to ditch this theme if someone can build me a proper car dealership site at a reasonable price.
