Looking for script that could have following use case

Hey all.

I am looking for some starter script. I have hard time finding one and it should act as txt library instead of file share/upload. So here is idea to share specific text and present user a lot of offers to choose from.
It also would need following functionality:

-User accounts
-Payment processing and plans
-Subscription and single time payment to access text

If you could link me to something like this i would apricate it a lot.

You can achieve this as WordPress but I’m not sure there’s a theme/script exactly for your need as “out-of-box-solution” At some point, you may need some customization/set-up
