Looking for rss aggregator theme / template for News and YouTube - Not Wordpress

I am looking for html / pho templates or themes that will render content from RSS feeds.

One for News items (which may include video)
One for YouTube videos
Or even better something that will deal with both.

Some form of admin to filter posts would be useful
Ability to delete posts important

Something as close as possible to plain HTML / PHP would be ideal

Any suggestions welcome

Not interested in Wordpress
