I am looking for either a pre-built Theme, Form Builder, Form Builder template, or Freelancer that can help me build a Quote Generator comparison tool. This web app would be a near clone of an insurance comparison tool where after collecting user info we will use the questionnaire data to calculate a quote for different providers that users can compare side-by-side along with their feature benefits/differences.

If you’re using WordPress, I’d recommend a form builder like Fluent Forms or WPForms. Alternatively, you could hire a developer to build a custom WordPress plugin for more advanced functionality.
