I am looking for a plugin or tutorial on how to create a slider that slides vertically or horizontally when you scroll your mouse down/up over that section.
An example of this can be seen on the uber.com website, Homepage, scroll down and the ‘Tap the app, to get a ride’
Can anyone point me in the right direction… What is this effect called so I can search for it.

You scroll down the page and the page scrolls, then you get to a specific content block, and the page stops scrolling but that section has some content that scrolls, then at the end of that content the rest of the page scrolls again…
I dont see it as a feature in any of the plugins?
I think this plugin can help you if you know how to use
