Authors can discount items, however this would mean it is an offer made available to everyone so it can be complicated unless it’s part of a bigger plan of promotion from an author

You would have to ask the author using the link above but it would be tricky because they would have to sell it at that price to everyone else too at least for a period of time

i have seen online discount codes but don’t trust them.

There are NO discount codes for envato.
Some items get discounted as part of promotions and authors can alter item pricing but there will never be “codes” like you see on other sites
