  1. I am a web/Ui designer and I am looking for a coder to work on projects.

  2. how does themeforest regulates the co-authors working together? how does it guarantee the money is being paid to both sides?

Themeforest doesn’t guarantee such issues. If you want to team up with another author to build a product, themeforest welcomes it but the money, sharing and all is between you and the partner.
