I own a villa in Florida and want to start a web site where other owners can advertise their villa.
They must be able to have their own login / password and have the capability to add images of their villa, text to describe villa, calendar, rates by week. Also, a review section by previous guests.
I also need to be able to take payments from the villa owners.
I think Listify or ListingPro may do this but any help you can give will be appreciated.

These themes are good and going to help you alot but the things you looking for similar to AirBnb or booking you have to get customisation. If you have some budget in might you can contact someone to help you. I have made something similar like that it required lot of time and need to have good budget.

It all depends do you want to customize site and how much. Because you cant change all templates very good. I have several clients where they have ask me to change site but that much that was easier and cheaper to make new template than to change current one.
