I’m looking for a person who could help me take care of support inquiries for my WordPress themes while I’m out for vacation. It’s not going to take more than 40 minutes a day (on average) since the number of tickets is very small (3-4 per day with very basic questions regarding ie. the page builder, theme updates etc).
The support period is 4th of February - 1st of March so a total of 20 work days ~ 14 hours of work in total.
I’m looking for a person who is familiar with WordPress, PHP in general (so you can see an error in the code and fix it), WPBakery Page Builder, CSS and JS (to provide some very, very basic snippets) and can write in English language properly. You’ll be providing support through our Ticksy platform which is a private ticketing system.
