I’m relatively new to web development, so pardon the generalization of this question. I’m looking to build a site that would allow people to view, and download documents (pdf’s, Word doc, etc), and video. Not sure what platform or CMS I will be using, but that part isn’t as important. Any suggestions on what would be a good template to use?
