If you’re interested in using WordPress, then you’re in luck! You can choose Spanish for the backend of your site when you first install your site, or you can choose to install a different language pack from your site admin at a later date (under Settings > General > Site Language). Then just be sure to look for themes that have “Included Translations” (es_ES for Spanish) or are “Translation Ready” (include .po/.mo files for manual translation or with the help of a plugin). This way all of you theme’s options should have Spanish labels in the backend/frontend. Most Themeforest themes offer ready to use translations or translation files so you should have a TON of options!
