Check this site as an example > https://kleding.nl

As you can see while opening the site the search function is above the fold. On themeforest i did not find any woocommerce theme with this kind of search in the theme “above the fold”. Did i missed it?

I’m not sure if there’s a theme that uses similar search bar effect, but you may be interested in “Ajax search” forms/plugins available on Codecanyon:

Please note that not all of those plugins are made for WordPress, some are for other platforms, some are just raw PHP codes.
