Hi everyone

I’m looking for a SaaS product where freelancers can do everything from booking appointments to the final service delivery.

  1. Book appointments and charge them for it
  2. Create an estimate or invoice then accept the payment
  3. Start the project → buyer can track the updates and progress
  4. Sellers can accept payment from overseas
  5. Sellers can sell recurring services
  6. We can charge some commissions at the time of fund withdrawal
  7. We can sell subscriptions to users and commissions will be based on their subscription plan
  8. Inbuilt chat system where freelancers/agencies can chat with their customers
  9. Send updates on WhatsApp for every step like appointments booking, invoice, payment reminder, task update, final delivery, reports
  10. We can add our team members
  11. Agencies/freelancers can add their team members and provide them limited access according to the department
  12. Have stripe, razorpay, payu, upi, crypto payment options
  13. Our users can create a custom username like domain.com/xyzuser
  14. They can create services/packages/list digital products and set their prices (similar to topmate)
  15. It should have a category option where people can add their service according to their niche then end customers can search according to the requirement (similar to fiverr)
  16. Admins can spectate all chats between users and their customers to avoid any mishaps or scams
  17. An agreement system where both buyer and seller can list their terms to avoid the issues after final delivery
  18. A review option to leave reviews for the sellers
  19. Badge/tier option to optimize or highlight the top sellers
  20. Email notifications for all updates
  21. KYC system to verify users
  22. Detect ip address to prevent users from creating multiple accounts to prevent any mishaps

I found a lot of codes which have few of the features but with very basic things and lot of them are still not available in them.

If anyone knows any product like this, please help me to find the best one.

I’ve seen a few but having bad reviews, author not responding comments, no updates.

I’ve one in mind which is ERP GO by team WORKDO.
How’s this one, any suggestions or ideas ?

It’s a big project. You can’t spend 100$ to get what you want, you gotta invest some good money on it.

100$ is enough for this ?
I’d love to hire someone who can do this in 100$

Done properly this is a 6 figure + project and that’s before you look at the security, hosting and maintenance costs.

Anyone who says they can deliver this via a stock marketplace is talking nonsense and not the kind of person you want to work with.

Aside from the cost to build this - to use a solution where you have not written the code and have zero guarantee of the author supporting or maintaining it, is madness.
