Looking for a Pokemon Go friendly theme

Hello

I am looking for a theme that can be adjusted to a Pokemon Go web utility (not a full-blown website with information etc) - I am planning to build a custom plugin.
Theme should be simple, “cheerful looking” - non “minimalistic/posh” design, with clean, easy to expand code., without 2544534534 bundled-in plugins.

Any ideas?

Yes pay for build custom site. Do you think that is someone build template just for Pokemons and sell that?
