Looking for a file sharing application

I’m not sure if my terminology is correct but this is what I am looking for:

  1. I want to be able to upload files for others to download publicly.
  2. I need to have previous versions of the file available to download. ie v7 main file is current version but v6 v5 etc are available for download also

Pretty simple I believe.

you can use github or s3 for that… if you need help setting that up let me know
