Looking for a easy database search

Hi!

I am looking for a simple database website.
We have about 150 offices in 3 countries and I would like to have a template that makes it easy for my team to search a city, select an office and see all the necessary information.
Do you have a template that can do that? And that is also very easy to update?

You didn’t explain what you will search , do you need some filter or just search. For any search informations needs to be on database .
