Looking for a "double site" Wordpress template

Hello!
I’m looking for a template which allows me to create a “double site” just like this: http://www.agriturismocostadoro.com/eng/

The site i linked is divided in 2 sections: The Winery and L’agriturismo. The sections are separated from each other but they are on the same site. I want to create something similar. Is that possible? Does a theme like this exsist?

Hi,
You can use plugin to have two themes on the same wp site if you want.
Let’s say home-1 with theme payton and home2 with theme creus.
