I’m looking for a specific design and bellow is what I’m looking for :

Do you have any suggestions ? to resume, I need a design where the logo is centred and all around it, as a clickable (or not, it will depends, I would like to be able to set links on theme) images/photos.

Site must be responsive + Wordpress

Bellow, a menu with each part of the menu with a different background colours.

No I prefer to use a Wordpress’s theme. I’ll custom it after. Just searching for a theme with above description. Designer team are too expensive. My budget is 100$ so I can’t afford them.

You can use bootstrap theme to get that design implemented.
How to plan to manage the mobile view of homepage ?
