I need help. My logos got rejected. please review them & let me know how can improve them so my logos don’t get rejection. or am i missing something please help.

1 LOGO: I think that your logo error title text “name here” you can use text “Building Leave” but text “slogan here” is ok but I not like much your colors.
2 LOGO: bad typography you can change other font.
3 LOGO: I not like colors you can improve colors, and I think that slogan “electric and data” you can edit “slogan here”.
PS: you can see other logo that approved graphicriver for give your idea.
