With the Logo license, can I have multiple tints of the same logo, such as one that’s made for a dark background, and another for a light background?

Yes that would be considered part of the same end product so one license is fine.

Similar question for the Extended License on graphic assets. Could I take, say, a game character and use it on a clothing design? If so, can I use the same license for different tints of the same design?
How do I ask them? I can’t find any contact method except these forums.
