It doesn’t look quite right for a logo. There’s too much detail in the graphics. Logos need to look clean and clear at a small size, they need to look good no matter at a small or large size. This one wouldn’t look good small. Also not at all clear what the concept and usage is of this logo. I thought of vegetables when I saw it though… 
The way you’ve capitalised the last letter of the words looks bad to me, and also the text is too near to the edges of the circle, it looks crammed in and needs wider margins.
