Logo template issue: Text issue in EPS 10 version

Hello,

I have tried to upload my logo template in graphicriver but EPS 10 version is not correctly open.

Text issue found in EPS 10.

I have many things to try for that but not to succeed in any step.

Can you help me with what I do now?.. I have used the illustrator 2018 version.

hi this is normal if u try to open this version u will have problems, this type of file is not meant for u but for people who have pre-historical versions of adobe apps … u should not worry about this

Ok but it acceptable file on graphicriver.

no this is required, this is a different story lol now I still feel that this is not making much sense as I doubt that anyone uses such prehistorian thing and a lot of creators experience trouble as far as providing with this version goes …
