Logo on Menu not appearing until I scroll down

My site is www.delivio.com.au, when I go to any page my menu items show but no logo until I scroll down, then the logo appears.

Hi @pslancaster,

The actual header has no logo, the logo you see after you scroll down is from the sticky header which show up after user scrolls page to a certain percentage.

P.S: I couldn’t scroll on your website I had to use ‘Page Up’ & ‘Page Down’ keys to scroll.

Thanks, I will link to you. However, it is worth noting I can scroll on IE but now you mention it not on Chrome?
