loging envato elements with codecanyon account

hi

i have an account in codecanyon, and also a suscription of envato elements. the problem is that i have always to login my codecanyon account and then go to envato. if i try enter envato elements directly, it does not work. ay solution for this?

Thanks for your question here.
Envato elements and envato market(Themeforest,Codecanyon,AudioJungle) are different platform.
Envato market don’t have any subscription system but envato elements have.
At Envato market you have to purchase each single item separately, there you will get 6 month item support(If Author offer).

i am an envato member 10 years ago. when i bought the envato elements suscription, it was done from the link in codecanyon page. so i have the same user. and now, i cant do a direct login or change my user.
each time, i have to do login in my codecanyon account, then click in envato elements.

thats my problem, and i cant see where to solve this.
