Logging and scheduler classes

I am looking for a good, reliable PHP class for logging.

I am also looking for a class that allows scheduling in WordPress with interface for adding/removing/editing scheduled jobs.

They both should be licensed so that they can be used in commercial projects. I know, I can write them myself, but I prefer something already written and tested.

If you have some hints/tips, they would be highly appreciated.

For scheduler classes, you can look at log4php and monolog. I used the former extensively, but the latter also seems quite good. Both of them are free to use.

For WordPress Cron, you could try the Crontrol plugin.
