Locking a Parallax Image in The 7 theme???

On my home page I have a parallax image with wording on the left 1/3 of the image. When I downsize to a tablet or phone device the parallax image centers…but I need it to lock onto the right side of the screen…does that make sense?

Okay are you clicking on the link or just looking up vets daughter .com? Trying to figure out why its not coming up for you, but it does for me.
