Locked out of my account with 4 days quoted as the response time!!


I just paid Envato $96 from my Paypal account (I can see the transaction and ID) and upon clicking the confirmation link, I’m told that they have locked my account due to potentially fraudulant activity. It also says that I should look for an email to verify my Paypal account, but nothing has arrived. No, it’s not in my Spam folder.

I can’t wait 4 days for them to unlock my account. I need to work on this now. So I tried signing up again, with a different browser, email and using a payment card directly … but no, it locks me out again. There’s nothing I can do but sit here apologising to my client. I am fuming! :frowning:
