Locked out of MY ACCOUNT whithout ANY explanation

So, today as I was trying to make a deposit into my account, even though I already had $17 it was not enough to purchase the product that I wanted.

However after submmiting the credit card information I got kicked out of my account whithout any explanation whatsoever.

This is incredibly frustrating. Now I can’t use my already depositted money, can’t access my products and I don’t even know why.
The least you can do to your client is to properly inform the reasons why he is locked out of his account.

I already submitted an email requesting more information, but judging from other similar cases it will take long until I get any answers.
