Locked out of my account due one refund request

Hi all my previously bought product is not available due to a refund request on one product.
I’ve also bought a new product but I cant access this because my account is locked.

Please help me fix this…

As unlockdesign stated, you should contact support, but be aware that previous purchase are unaffected by refund requests, they’re only blocked if you initiate a chargeback/reversal. All refunds should be handled through Envato, rather than forcing a refund through your payment provider.
