Like i understand refund in usual base themeforest is very hard to get it. I bet australia companys dosent have any regulation for this kind situation? Why at end of the point paypal refund not accept it… Atleast buyer protection is safer.
If you mean the account was locked after the refund was disputed with PayPal then unfortunately that’s in the T&Cs which we all agree to when buying items and is just a security precaution which can be resolved by addressing the dispute with the payment gateway.
Sounds like bs to me, even bigger companies like motion array offer faster and reliable customer service. I asked for a refund and got it in 48 hours just amazing.
