(Locked) Insert image in a circle layer mask

How do I put an image in a circle layer mask someone?? #Photoshop CS6

Place an image in the document as a smart object, give it a mask, black out the mask. Then marquee a circle on the mask and fill it white to reveal the circular image. Skill rating: basic :slight_smile:

A bit simpler: draw circle on a new layer under your image layer. Click RMB on an image layer > Create Clipping Mask. :slight_smile:

Create a Shape that is a Circle, fill with any color.

Image on Layer above the Shape.

Then Right Mouse Click on Image to select “Create Clipping Mask”
