(Locked) How to change language?

Hello,

Can you tell me how to translate a theme as a user (not a theme author), if there is a default.po and a default.mo file?

I just bought Goodnews multilingual theme, so is there any easy way to change the language, I have word press set up in different language but Goddnews remains in English.

What is multilingual if there is no option to change language other than translate every string, or I can’t find it.
