Dude, take a quick scan first. I can see a contact support link at 2-3 different places on each page. Most of the questions you may ask have already been answered either here, on the forum, or in the “Getting Started” tab. Not hating, I am saying this because it will actually solve your problems faster than this. Good luck!

Hi. Try it through twitter: @envato_support

It seems like the time to answer is like 100 times faster than throughout the ticket system (which is pretty bad)
